"Custom order came out exactly right"
I was a little worn out from dealing with service issues lately, so I was half expecting something on a custom order to get mixed up. But everything came just how I entered it, the colors, the box style, and the little name detail were all correct.
Delivery was easy too, which I really appreciated, and the roses looked fresh when they arrived. It was a smooth experience overall, and I’d definitely order again for another gift.

"Really nice roses, just about perfect"
I was happy with these roses. The box felt sturdy and the flowers looked really lovely when they arrived. One of the blooms seemed a little smaller than the others, I think, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I’d say they were almost perfect.

"Good quality and felt worth it"
I was happy with these roses. They arrived looking fresh and nicely packaged, and they lasted longer than I expected, which made me feel like the quality was solid. The price isn’t exactly cheap, but based on what I received, I’d say it felt fair and reliable overall.

"Really packaging"
I got my order from Rose Box NYC and the packaging was really pretty. The box looked clean and high end, and the flowers were arranged neatly. Nothing was messed up when it arrived, which I appreciated. It felt really nice to open and I would definitely buy it again as a gift...

"I had a question about my order..."
I had a question about my order and they got back to me way faster than I expected, which I really appreciated. The whole thing was easy to sort out and didn’t turn into a big hassle. I do wish the order info had been a little clearer from the start, but the customer service itself was friendly and helpful enough.

"I ordered from Rose Box NYC and..."
I ordered from Rose Box NYC and was a little skeptical because flower companies always make everything sound so polished and perfect. But the roses showed up looking really fresh, full, and not all sad or half-dead like I’ve had with other deliveries. The part that surprised me was that they lasted more than a week and still looked good on my table. I only changed the water a few times. Happy with the order and I’d buy from them again.
